Every item is made to order, and only produced to match and fulfill the specific order you placed. As a result, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges if a customer selects the wrong size, style, color, or changes their mind. Please review your order before you complete the checkout process to avoid any issues.

If you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, we will offer a free reprint or a refund, provided you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please reach out to our team at customerservice@fourthmanpower.com and include a copy of your packing slip, Invoice number, as well as clear photo/s of the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/refunds on gift cards.

Refunds

After your refund request is approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
